The details that matter
An assigned machine is not necessarily a working machine, and a completed repair is not a GPS position. Keeping the records distinct makes the equipment board more useful.
CutFill’s assignment and entered-hours workflow does not require a telematics device. It depends on people keeping the job, operator, daily entries, and readiness record current. Live GPS, engine telemetry, and geofencing are separate requirements.
Core includes equipment assignments and daily records. Fleet Maintenance adds issue reporting, work orders, and service history, with one mechanic/oiler seat. Add the module to Core or Growing; it is included on Full Operations.
