CutFill Ltd operates cutfill.io and the CutFill product. This page explains what the public website collects and how that information is used.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- name
- email address
- company
- phone number, if you provide one
- company size
- what you are interested in
- your message
We also store the page you submitted from, the referring page, and campaign parameters such as source, medium, and campaign name. Those details show which visit led to the request so we can answer it in context.
The public website uses Google Analytics to understand page views, page-to-page paths, button and link clicks, and whether a walkthrough request was started or submitted. Those events use page paths, button labels, and campaign parameters. They do not include the contact-form name, email, company, phone, or message text.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots, and Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for that check.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request and to operate and improve the website. We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and for ordinary business records.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it so another company can market to you.
Service providers
We use service providers to deliver and store an inquiry and to measure website use. They process that information for CutFill. They are not buyers of the data.
- Resend sends the inquiry to CutFill by email.
- Hosting runs the website and the API.
- A database stores the inquiry record.
- Google Analytics records aggregated website usage when analytics is enabled for the marketing site.
